The working principle of digital printing is basically the same as that of inkjet printers, and inkjet printing technology can be traced back to 1884. In 1960, inkjet printing technology entered the practical stage. In the 1990s, computer technology began to popularize, and in 1995, on-demand inkjet digital printing machines appeared. The development of digital printing technology is showing a trend of rising stars and blooming flowers. 1.The production process of digital printing greatly shortens the original process route, increases order acceptance speed, and greatly reduces sampling costs.

Due to the production process of digital printing breaking away from the traditional printing process of color separation, drafting, film making, and mesh making, the production time is greatly shortened. The way to accept patterns can be through various advanced means such as CDs, emails, etc. Generally, the sampling time does not exceed one working day, while the traditional sampling cycle is usually around one week.

2.The principle of digital printing technology enables its products to break through the limitations of traditional color matching and flower length in production, and can achieve high-end printing effects on textile fabrics.

4. The high-precision printing process eliminates the need for water or ink during the printing process.
